If you order items with different delivery times in one order, the longest delivery time applies by default.

Shipping by freight forwarder

Bulky goods are sent by courier on a pallet.
In this case, the shipping company will notify you of your goods in advance and arrange a delivery date with you.
Delivery is to the curb on a pallet.
On request, we will provide you with the contact and shipment details of the shipping company.

Delivery to Switzerland and other non-EU countries

For deliveries to Switzerland and all non-EU countries, you pay the net value plus shipping costs.
When importing into your delivery country, you then pay the VAT applicable there plus low customs clearance costs.
